Thanks for reaching the end of the case study! This was my personal project as part of the UX Immersion Course that I did with Career Foundry from May 2023 to Mar. 2024, when I finally got my UX certificate. Now, some takeaways that can help to make this profitable.


Business Tips:


Uknow is a platform where experts and learners can interact naturally. Thus, experts can offer their advice through a paid service, and learners can find experts on demand. Both user personas can share their knowledge while generating incomes in the platform. Prices can be set according to someone's popularity and with an extra top up for last minute requests.


Personal Lessons:


My main challenges was when I had to make a decision to separate and group experts and talks. Both could fit into the same section, but this would duplicate the homepage and make some experts hard to notices. As one participant said: "I pick films because of the actors and faces that sound familiar to me".
