Problem: redesign the AI site to increase onsite donations, as a business need.
Solution: Since users want to know more about the NGO tasks and activities, we can make more prominent the latest news in the AI site. Thus, we raise the NGO awareness and users are well-informed to take part in the NGO physically or financially.

Business Tips - or how to increase donations?
Asking for donations or even for support by taking part in an organisation without being transparent on what the NGO site can be frustrating (as raised by user personas). Thus, being transparent with the audience by showing what the NGO does - tasks, activities, campaigns… - can easily increase social commitment and therefore financial support.
